DARAWOODWORKS creates a variety of wood art pieces...
Our turnings vary from small delicate thin walled vessels to very large Vases, bowls and most anything in between. However we specialize in crafting arbutus burl bowls and pepper mills in a variety of styles, sizes and woods to meet any taste.
We source storm damaged trees for our turnings.
The local woods we turn are sourced from storm damaged trees, pruning, development and through some local arborists. We do not harvest healthy trees for any of our work. Our exotic and various North American woods are purchased through various retail suppliers.
Creative people don't have a mess they have ideas lying all over the place.
